Packages

We offer a number of packages for the clients to choose from.

Selection and agreement

After the client choose the package, we will share our plan.

First invoice

We will invoice you one month’s package cost in advance.

First payment

The social media activity will begin after we receive the payment.

Activity starts

The monthly (4 week’s) plan will start from the next corresponding week onward (after payment is received.)

Billing cycle

Billing cycle will be every 4th week (For the next 4 weeks of activity.)

content creation

The posts, including banners and/or videos will be made based on the company’s products and services. You have an option to inform us in advance, the products/services to be featured or theme etc . if you have any specific suggestions, we will design the post accordingly. Otherwise, it will be based on your company and its products/services as mentioned.

Information from the client

We may require material from you which could include photographs, images, service/product information etc.

Permissions

If you give us the permission to post the content in your Facebook page, we will manage it on our own. Otherwise, we will provide you the content and you can manage the posting.

Change requests

We assure you that the posts will be designed well. As we are offering you the services at a very optimal cost, we can accommodate only one minor change requests on each post. If there are more change requirements, there will be a cost of NZ Dollar 30 per hour. We cannot take responsibility for delay in posting due to change requests.

Assurance

We will strive to provide the posts on time, however, even if there is a delay due to inevitable reasons, you can be assured that you will receive all the content that was paid for in advance.

cancellation

Either parties can stop the contract by giving 1 month notice.
